I’m Enya, the founder of The Edit Coaching, where I offer professional coaching and writing services.

I’m a qualified coach, writer, and editor with over ten years’ experience in education. My passion lies in lifelong learning and personal growth, and I bring both creativity and care to the work I do.

My specialism is delivering bespoke coaching and writing services that create and enable clarity, growth, and change.

Outside of work, I’m at my happiest when I’m exploring Northumberland with my family, reading stories to my little girl, or writing in the garden with a coffee — blanket on or sun hat out, depending on the hour!

I have ten years’ experience in education, using coaching and mentoring to help people grow, develop, and reach their goals.

My work has included:

  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

  • Careers education

I’m experienced in supporting people with complex needs — including neurodivergent individuals, those managing multiple health conditions, and those navigating mental health challenges.

I’m also highly experienced in working with people with complex and/or demanding circumstances, for example, individuals in senior leadership positions with young families and caring responsibilities.

What I love most about this work is seeing people gain confidence, explore new possibilities, and experience more joy and fulfilment in their lives.
