Accessibility: Co-Creating Your Space.
It's important that our coaching space works effectively for you and your individual circumstances so that you can get maximum benefit from our time together. With a decade of experience working in EDI spaces in education, I'm proud to champion accessibility in my coaching approach.
To discuss accessibility,
please contact me.
I will also check in with you our consultation call about any accessibility needs and/or adjustments we can make to how we work together that’ll support making the space yours.
To give you an idea of what adjustments we can make, accessibility options include (but are not limited to):
Video call alternatives such as voice calls, emails, and live chat
Audio or text coaching if children are present
Support with processing delays
Soft session starts
Using literal language (for example, avoiding the use of metaphors, imagery, and idioms in our communication)
Incorporating self-regulation tools into our coaching space (for example, movement, fidget activities, breathing exercises, music)
Not sure what adjustments work well for you?
Let's figure that out together!
Our coaching space is one of exploration and as part of that, we can experiment with different adjustments.
